We are really good at dealing with damage and restoring in a fairly quick and surgical way. We do remodel, and prefer to come in and stop major structural damage from compounding. We really focus on reducing water damage with proper water management. A lot of buildings in BC are being hugely degraded for the lack of basic gutters maintenance, lack of french drains, etc.,... A lot of the attic problems we deal with actually originate from the house wicking water up from the foundations being soaked in ground/rain water most of the year... So quite often, attic mold is really an expression of moisture problems throughout the building envelope. We have over a century of experience in our team, so we can do it all, but we're trying to focus on getting deals done and people moved into functioning properties with no major overhanging issues creeping up on them as soon as they think they've settled in... Serious niggling issues becoming much bigger problems once you're all moved in is much more common than one might think.

How to unravel it quickly and properly is our specialty. It doesn't have to be intimidating and never ending when you have the experience to solve it right the first time.
Curb Value, Doors, Painting, Facades, Privacy & Landscaping
We have three finishing carpenters on our team. We are expert in how to do mouldings, trims, and casing quickly so that everything will blend and match with final stains and paint to a level 4 and 5 finish, all cost effectively in a given situation. Gregory has worked a fair bit in the film industry on sets and lighting, so we can stage like nobody's business. Get a stager who's tooled up with a pickup truck and trailers ready to go reworking a whole building on day 1.
Moving, Closets, Cabinets, Shelving
We can get measurements as an offer is going in and by the time possession is achieved have all the finishings imported and ready to install at half the price. If we can get a couple weeks before move-in, people often feel like they got a whole new customized home by the time we're helping them move boxes.

Our experience with all manner of building elements allows us to o quickly but properly phase work through the many layers of a structure so that everyone can have confidence in the asset... Thereby allowing everyone to clear 'subjects' and complete conveyance to possession.

If it's been leaking, we understand how to surgically get in and seal it from the elements, often without creating gaping wounds on the building. We aim to repair things in the quickest, most cost effective way... But in a way that means they problem won't recur nor compound any longer. Deal with the source of the problem and disinfect and decontaminate via vectoring airflow, heat and natural fumigations
Remodels Done Quickly Between Occupants - We Import Finishings
If we can get a clear space for 2 weeks between the old occupants vacating and the new moving in, we can do wonders. We remodeled a whole house in North Vancouver in 2 weeks in 2019. With lead time of 7 to 8 weeks, our importing operation via our brokers in Shanghai can get custom high quality finishings, often for less than half the price as in Canada or the US.
